We’ve come up with some great new cocktails and “mocktails” too for this Spring and Summer. We’ve changed out several wines as well. You can view the new list here on the site – just open the menus tab. We hope to see you here soon to try some new libations, or to enjoy some of the Nubar standards.
The Rooftop Garden is Really Taking Off
The plants have been in for a few weeks now, and they are incredibly hardy with all of the hot sunshine we have had. Before you know it we will be harvesting tomatoes, herbs, and peppers, and weaving this bounty throughout our menu.
Taste of Cambridge June 13th
Nubar will have a table set up at the Taste of Cambridge again this year. If you have not been, you are missing a great time! This year’s Taste is at University Park near Central Square, from 5:30 -9:30PM. Tickets are going fast – there was a huge turnout last year. Stop by and see us there.
Wedding in Nubar this Saturday
Hi Nubar fans – we just wanted to let you know that we have a wedding reception in the bar and lounge from 6PM-10PM this Saturday, June 8th. The dining room and patio will be open during this time, and we will do our best to seat guest for cocktails in these areas.
The Spring Menu Changes Are In!
Chef Bill has finished the new menu for Spring, and it will debut tonight, April 18th, for dinner, and tomorrow for lunch. As promised, this menu pops with the flavors and colors of spring. You can view the new menu on this website, under the menus tab.

Nubar Outdoor Patio Is Open
We have had all of the furniture out on the patio for a couple of weeks, but it just hasn’t been warm enough. We will officially open the patio tomorrow(Sunday) for Mother’s Day – weather permitting of course. Please come join us for a lovely courtyard dining experience.

We have gotten such great feedback on our barrel-aged cocktails, that we are going to continue this new tradition. We are working on a new recipe, and plan to have another incredible whiskey-based cocktail in the barrel soon.
